各位同學：
為進一步推進我省高等教育國際化，加快發(fā)展我省來華留學工作,，我省從2013年起以省政府名義設立“廣東省政府來粵留學生獎學金”,。根據(jù)《廣東省教育廳關于做好2020年度省政府來粵留學生獎學金初評和推薦工作的通知》,，我校面向外國留學生啟動2020年度省政府來粵留學生獎學金的評選工作?，F(xiàn)將有關事宜通知如下：
一,、 評選對象
我校新招收的全日制碩士研究生,、本科生,，在讀的碩士研究生,、
本科生。
二,、 報名截止時間
2020年9月8日,。
三、 獎勵標準
新招收的碩士研究生層次教育的優(yōu)秀外國留學生,，獎學金標準為20000元人民幣/人/年,；本科層次教育的優(yōu)秀外國留學生，獎學金標準為10000元人民幣/人/年,。
四,、 獎勵名額
新招收的碩士研究生：5人
新招收的本科生：2人
在讀的碩士研究生：5人
在讀的本科生：2人
五、 評選條件
（一）申請人須擁有外國國籍,，持有有效外國護照并符合在華留學的相關要求,，年齡在40周歲以下；
（二）申請人應當在我校遵紀守法,，勤奮好學,，成績優(yōu)良，品行端正,，沒有違反中國法律法規(guī)和違反校規(guī)校紀行為紀錄,；
（三）申請人應學習成績優(yōu)異，具有相應的漢語水平并提供相關證明（部分直接用英語授課的專業(yè)可適當放寬條件）,，當年度必修課課程成績均為良好以上,；
（四）在學期間已享受或正在享受中國政府（及）其他各類獎學金（不含全勤獎、優(yōu)秀生獎等鼓勵性獎勵）的外國留學生不再享受此項獎勵,。
六,、材料填寫及提交要求
（一）《廣東省政府來粵留學生獎學金申請表（一）》（見附件）；
填寫要求：第1-3頁由申請人填寫,；第4頁的“學習主要課程及效果評價”與“導師或班主任評語及意見”,；第5頁的“就讀院系推薦意見”均需由培養(yǎng)單位填寫。本表需要提交電子版,，以及本人簽字的紙質版,。
（二）申請人2019-2020學年成績單（由學院統(tǒng)一提供）；
（三）申請人護照個人信息頁及有效簽證頁面的復印件,。
七,、材料上交方式及截止時間
各位參選同學須于截止時間前將相關材料電子版以“姓名+2020來粵留學生獎學金”命名打包發(fā)送到郵箱[email protected],，紙質版材料也請于截止時間前提交至國際交流學院留學生宿舍一樓。

Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship in Foshan University of 2020
In order to promote the internalization of Guangdong High Education, advancing the development of overseas students’ management, the government decided to set up scholarship for international students studying in universities of Guangdong. According to the “Guangdong Provincial Department of Education on doing a good job in the initial evaluation and recommendation of the Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students in Guangdong Province in 2020”, our school started the selection of scholarships for foreign students from the provincial government to come to Guangdong in 2020.The relevant requirements of application are hereby notified as follows:
1. Selection of candidates
New full-time graduate students and undergraduates.
Graduate students and undergraduates.
2. Deadline of the application
September 8, 2020
3. Reward criteria
￥20,000/person/ year for outstanding foreign students enrolled in the master’s degree level education.
￥10,000/person/year for outstanding foreign students at the undergraduate level.
4. The number of reward
Newly recruited Master graduates: 5
Newly recruited undergraduates: 2
Master students: 5
Undergraduate students: 2
5. Eligibility for application
(1)The applicant must have foreign nationality, hold a valid foreign passport and meet the relevant requirements for studying in China, and be under the age of 40;
(2)The applicant should be law-abiding, studious, good grades, and good conduct in our school. There are no records of violations of Chinese laws and regulations and violations of school discipline;
(3)Applicants should have excellent academic performance, have a corresponding level of Chinese language and provide relevant proof ( some of
the majors that teach directly in English can be appropriately relaxed conditions ) , and the annual compulsory course performance is above.
(4)Foreign students who have already enjoyed or are enjoying other types of scholarships from the Chinese government during the school year
(excluding incentives such as full attendance awards and outstanding student awards) will no longer enjoy this award.
6. Material Completion and Submission Requirements
(1) Application Form for Scholarship for Foreign Students from the Guangdong Provincial Government(1)(see Annex);
Completion requirements: pages 1-3 to be completed by the applicant; On page 4, “Learning major courses and effectiveness evaluation” and “Teacher or class teacher comments and opinions”; On page 5, the “Recommended Opinions for Studying Departments” must be filled in by the training unit. This form needs to be submitted electronically, as well as a paper version of my signature;
(2)Transcript of the applicant for academic year 2019-2020 (provided by the college);
(3)A copy of the passport personal information page and the valid visa page of the applicant.
7. Submission and Deadline
Before the deadline, you must package and send the electronic version of the relevant materials to the mailbox named “Name +2020 Guangdong Foreign Student Scholarship”. [email protected] materials are also requested to be submitted to First floor of international students’ dormitory before the deadline.
