Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth “Foshan Kung Fu Tour” Closing Ceremony held at FOSU

Entrusted by the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government and the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Bureau of Foshan City, FOSU hosted the summary meeting and closing ceremony of the Guangdong-Hong Kong -Macao Youth “Foshan Kung Fu Tour” on November 15th. Li Huanchun, Secretary and Director of the Party Group of the Provincial Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, Ding Xifeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Foshan Municipal Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, and Lu Qinghua, Vice President of Foshan University, attended the event.

More than 40 students and teachers from from Foshan University, Sun Yat Sen University, Jinan University, South China Normal University, Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, as well as the local martial arts coaches gathered at Xian’xi Campus. At the closing ceremony, students shared their research achievements and insights over the past five days in the form of boxing performances, research reports, and video creation sharing. The renowned Kung Fu organisation Kunchi Shangwu from FOSU also competed with the group.
