FOSU delegation visited Prince of Songkla University

On December 28, 2023, led by Vice President Zeng Xin’an, delegates from Faculties of Life Science, Food Engineering and Medicine visited Prince of Songka University in Thailand. Dr. Thakerng Wongsirichot, the Vice President of the university, along with deans from Faculty of Dentistry and Agro Industry welcomed our delegates.

The delegation focused on the negotiation of bilateral academic exchanges and joint programmes in the fields of dentistry and agriculture. After visiting the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital and the Food Science Experimental Platform, both parties understood better for collaboration in the very near future. Zeng Xin’an stated that both sides should strengthen communication and deepen cooperation in the fields of graduates joint training and organized scientific research.

Prince of Songka University, one of the distinctive state universities in Thailand,was founded in 1967. As members of the China-Thailand Higher Education Cooperation Alliance, FOSU and the university initiated partnership in 2022.
