1998年畢業(yè)于云南大學,獲學士學位;
2005年畢業(yè)于中科院昆明動物研究所,師從張亞平院士,獲理學博士學位;
2005年至2011年作為助理研究員、副研究員在中科院昆明動物研究所工作;
2009年至2012年在美國密西根大學從事訪問學者/博士后研究,導師:張建之;
2012年4月至2019年11月 四川農業(yè)大學 研究員
2019年12月至今 佛山大學 研究員

研究方向

綜合利用基因組學、轉錄組學、宏基因組學等方法,從動物自身遺傳信息及其共生菌群角度研究動物健康及其環(huán)境適應性等問題。

教學工作

承擔碩士生《科技論文寫作》和《生物信息學》等課程。已培養(yǎng)出站博士后1名;畢業(yè)博士研究生6人,其中一人獲得國家獎學金,以及四川省優(yōu)秀研究生論文;畢業(yè)碩士生8人,其中1人獲校級優(yōu)秀論文,畢業(yè)研究生中5人次獲得國家留學基金委資助。
