主要從事益生菌的研發(fā)與動(dòng)物健康養(yǎng)殖,、營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)控與動(dòng)物腸道健康等方面的研究。

講授本科生課程《動(dòng)物微生態(tài)學(xué)》,、《生物統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)》,、《分子生物學(xué)》、《飼料分析綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)》等,,研究生課程《高級(jí)動(dòng)物生物化學(xué)》,、《動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)生理專(zhuān)題》等。
