為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)我省高等教育國際化,，加快發(fā)展我省來華留學(xué)工作,，我省從2013年起以省政府名義設(shè)立“廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金”,。根據(jù)《廣東省教育廳關(guān)于做好2019年度省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金初評和推薦工作》（粵財教[2019] 38號），我校面向外國留學(xué)生啟動2019年度省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金的評選工作�,，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事宜通知如下：
一,、 評選對象
我校新招收的全日制碩士研究生,、在讀本科生,、新招收的本科生
二,、 報名截止時間
在讀學(xué)生：2019年5月15日
新招收學(xué)生：2019年6月15日
三、 獎勵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
新招收的碩士研究生層次教育的優(yōu)秀外國留學(xué)生,，獎學(xué)金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為20000元人民幣/人/年,；本科層次教育的優(yōu)秀外國留學(xué)生，獎學(xué)金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為10000元人民幣/人/年,。
四,、 獎勵名額
新招收的碩士研究生：4人
在讀的本科生：2人
新招收的本科生：3人
五、 評選條件
（一）申請人須擁有外國國籍，持有有效外國護(hù)照并符合在華留學(xué)的相關(guān)要求,，年齡在40周歲以下,；
（二）申請人應(yīng)當(dāng)在我校遵紀(jì)守法，勤奮好學(xué),，成績優(yōu)良,，品行端正，沒有違反中國法律法規(guī)和違反校規(guī)校紀(jì)行為紀(jì)錄,；
（四）申請人應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)異,，具有相應(yīng)的漢語水平并提供相關(guān)證明（部分直接用英語授課的專業(yè)可適當(dāng)放寬條件）,，當(dāng)年度必修課課程成績均為良好以上,；
（五）在學(xué)期間已享受或正在享受中國政府（及）其他各類獎學(xué)金（不含全勤獎、優(yōu)秀生獎等鼓勵性獎勵）的外國留學(xué)生不再享受此項獎勵,。
六,、材料填寫及提交要求
（一）《廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金申請表（一）》（見附件1）；
填寫要求：第1-3頁由申請人填寫,；第4頁的“學(xué)習(xí)主要課程及效果評價”與“導(dǎo)師或班主任評語及意見”,；第5頁的“就讀院系推薦意見”均需由培養(yǎng)單位填寫。本表需要提交電子版,，以及本人簽字的紙質(zhì)版,。
（二）申請人截至本通知發(fā)布時間的2018-2019學(xué)年成績單（由教務(wù)系統(tǒng)生成并加蓋公章的紙質(zhì)版）；
（三）申請人護(hù)照個人信息頁及有效簽證頁面的復(fù)印件,。
七,、材料上交方式及截止時間
各位參選同學(xué)須于截止時間前（在讀學(xué)生：2019年5月15日，新招收學(xué)生：2019年6月15日）將相關(guān)材料電子版以“姓名+2019來粵留學(xué)生獎學(xué)金”命名打包發(fā)送到郵箱[email protected],，紙質(zhì)版材料也請于截止時間前提交至國際處留學(xué)生辦公室（江灣校區(qū)行政樓414）,。

Guangdong Government
Outstanding International Student Scholarship in Foshan University of 2019
In order to promote the
internalization of Guangdong High Education, advancing the development of
overseas students’ management, the government decided to set up scholarship for
international students studying in universities of Guangdong. According to the
“Guangdong Provincial Department of Education on doing a good job in the
initial evaluation and recommendation of the Provincial Government Scholarship for
Foreign Students in Guangdong Province in 2019″(Guangdong Finance
Education[ 2019] No. 38), our school started the selection of scholarships for
foreign students from the provincial government to come to Guangdong in
2019.The relevant requirements of application are hereby notified as follows:
1. Selection of candidates
New full-time Master
students, undergraduate students and newly enrolled undergraduate students.
2. Deadline of the application
Undergraduate students: May 15 2019
New full-time Master students and newly enrolled
undergraduate students: June 15 2019
3. Reward criteria
￥20,000/person/ year for
outstanding foreign students enrolled in the new master’s degree level
education.
￥10,000/person/year for
outstanding foreign students at the undergraduate level.
4. The number of reward
New full-time Master students：4 persons
undergraduate students：2 persons
newly enrolled undergraduate students：3 persons
5. Eligibility for application
(1)The applicant must have foreign nationality, hold a
valid foreign passport and meet the relevant requirements for studying in
China, and be under the age of 40;
(2)The applicant should be law-abiding, studious, good
grades, and good conduct in our school. There are no records of violations of
Chinese laws and regulations and violations of school discipline;
(3)Applicants should have excellent academic
performance, have a corresponding level of Chinese language and provide
relevant proof ( some of the majors that teach directly in English can be
appropriately relaxed conditions ) , and the annual compulsory course
performance is above.
(4)Foreign students who have already enjoyed or are
enjoying other types of scholarships from the Chinese government during the
school year(excluding incentives such as full attendance awards and outstanding
student awards) will no longer enjoy this award.
6. Material Completion and Submission Requirements
(1) Application Form for Scholarship for Foreign
Students from the Guangdong Provincial Government(1)(see Annex 1);
Completion requirements: pages 1-3 to be completed by
the applicant; On page 4, “Learning major courses and effectiveness
evaluation” and “Teacher or class teacher comments and
opinions”; On page 5, the “Recommended Opinions for Studying Departments”
must be filled in by the training unit. This form needs to be submitted
electronically, as well as a paper version of my signature;
(2)The transcript of the applicant for the 2018-2019
school year as of the date of issuance of this circular(a paper version
generated and stamped by the educational administration system);
(3)A copy of the passport personal information page
and the valid visa page of the applicant.
7.Submission and Deadline
Before the deadline(students: students: May 15, 2019,
new students: June 15, 2019), you must package and send the electronic version
of the relevant materials to the mailbox named “Name +2019 Guangdong
Foreign Student Scholarship”. [email protected], Paper materials are also
requested to be submitted to the International Student Office(Jiangwan Campus
Administration Building 414) before the deadline.
