熊幫云,,女,,博士,,主要從事納米多孔功能材料研究,。目前在研一項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和一項(xiàng)廣東省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目,。項(xiàng)目主要是基于慢正電子束技術(shù)在多孔薄膜電極材料表征上的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),,研究介孔TiO2薄膜電極的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)(晶體結(jié)構(gòu),、表面結(jié)構(gòu),、缺陷結(jié)構(gòu),、介孔結(jié)構(gòu))與電子輸運(yùn)性質(zhì)之間的聯(lián)系,。期望確立電子在介孔TiO2薄膜電極中傳輸?shù)奈⒂^機(jī)理,為薄膜電子器件的開(kāi)發(fā)提供理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo),。近五年,,以第一作者發(fā)表SCI論文4篇,EI論文2篇,,核心論文1篇,;申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利2項(xiàng),實(shí)用新型專利1項(xiàng),;以口頭報(bào)告或墻報(bào)的形式參加國(guó)際會(huì)議5次,,全國(guó)性會(huì)議2次。
