主要研究內(nèi)容和研究成果

聯(lián)合應(yīng)用基因組學(xué),、功能基因組學(xué)、宏基因組和代謝組等方法,,揭示畜禽重要經(jīng)濟性狀形成的多組學(xué)基礎(chǔ),,通過基因組精準設(shè)計育種、關(guān)鍵有益菌群結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控,,提升畜禽生產(chǎn)力和產(chǎn)品品質(zhì),。

近年來,,在Nature Communication, National Science Review等期刊發(fā)表論文100余篇,,入選ESI全球Top 1%高被引論文1篇。

教學(xué)與人才培養(yǎng):

承擔(dān)本科生《動物繁殖學(xué)》,、碩士生《動物繁殖學(xué)》等課程,。已培養(yǎng)博士后4名;畢業(yè)博士研究生8名,。畢業(yè)碩士20名,。博士畢業(yè)生3人為副教授職稱。
