2020年是極不平凡的一年，我們經(jīng)歷了疫情,、隔離,、等待…… 直面疫情,，我們采取了最全面,、最嚴格,、最徹底的抗擊措施。在這極不平凡的一年中,，各位專家和學者與我們?nèi)w師生同甘苦,，共患難，齊心協(xié)力阻擊疫情,。感謝你們!
疫情尚未過去,。國外疫情依舊，國內(nèi)部分地區(qū)疫情也時而發(fā)生,。值此寒假來臨之際,，我們吁請大家繼續(xù)保持警惕，嚴格遵守學校防疫規(guī)章和各項防控安排,。我們建議：
1. 注意個人衛(wèi)生,，加強自我防護。
– 保持良好的衛(wèi)生習慣,，勤洗手,。餐前便后、外出回家,、接觸垃圾,、撫摸動物或處理動物糞便后，要用流動的水和肥皂洗手,，揉搓的時間不少于15秒,。
– 在咳嗽、打噴嚏時,，需要用紙巾或肘部進行遮擋,，不要用手直接遮擋。不隨地吐痰,。廢棄口罩按規(guī)定規(guī)范投放,。
– 適當開窗通風，注意保持室內(nèi)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生,。
– 避免接觸任何野生動物或家禽家畜,。
– 肉類和蛋類請徹底煮熟后食用。
2. 盡量減少外出,。
– 提高免疫力,，加強鍛煉。
– 盡量避免前往人員密集的場所,，盡量減少聚會聚餐等集體活動,。若必須前往，請正確佩戴口罩,，首選醫(yī)用外科口罩,。
– 避免近距離接觸有流感或者感冒癥狀的人。
3. 配合醫(yī)務人員工作,。
– 如果您從外地返�,；蚍敌Ｇ�14天內(nèi)到訪過疫情高發(fā)地區(qū),，或最近14天內(nèi)曾接觸過疫情高發(fā)地區(qū)人員，請密切關注自身的身體狀況,，居家觀察14天,。觀察期間不得外出，不得參加聚會和集體活動,。如果有政府,、社區(qū)工作人員、醫(yī)務人員詢問您的情況,，請您積極配合他們的工作,。未出現(xiàn)癥狀的，觀察期滿14天可解除觀察,。
– 若出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱,、咳嗽、胸悶,、乏力等癥狀,，須佩戴口罩到我市正規(guī)醫(yī)院的發(fā)熱門診就診，并向佛山科學技術學院國際合作與交流處報告有關情況,。前往醫(yī)院時務必避免乘坐公共交通工具,。
就醫(yī)時主動告知醫(yī)生近14天的旅行史及周圍人員是否有類似病例，聽從醫(yī)生指引,，配合衛(wèi)生防疫人員完成流行病學調(diào)查,。

Dear experts:
The year of 2020 witnesses extreme toughness for all of us. Together we have confronted the epidemic outbreak, quarantine and the uncertainty. Thank you for joining hands with us to fight against the Covid-19 epidemic.
As per the epidemic still rages unchecked overseas and reoccurs in China at times, we ask for your close attention to all the latest regulations and arrangements of the university. For the interest of safe and sound winter holiday, we would like to share with you the following instructions:
1. Pay close attention to personal hygiene and self-protection.
– Keep good hygiene by washing hands thoroughly and frequently with soap and running water for at least 15 seconds before eating and after returning home, using toilets, touching any trash or garbage, contacting with animals or handling animal wastes.
– Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or you can cough or sneeze into your sleeve, but avoid covering your face with your hands. No spitting. Dispose of used masks appropriately.
– Maintain proper ventilation and keep rooms clean.
– Avoid any contact with wild animals or farm livestock without any protection.
-Eggs and meat must be thoroughly cooked overdone before consumption.
2. Minimize outdoor activities.
-Strengthen your immune system and exercise regularly.
-Avoid crowded public places, parties and group activities. Should you attend one, please do wear your surgical mask correctly.
-Avoid close contact with people who have flu or cold-like symptoms.
3. Cooperate with the medical staff.
– Should you just arrive in Foshan from other places in China or have visited some epidemic areas, please monitor your health condition, staying home for a 14-day observation without attending any meetings, gatherings or group activities. Please cooperate with the local government community or medical staff if they inquire about your health condition. Such observations can be terminated if no symptom is revealed over the 14 days.
– Should you have fever, cough, breathing difficulty or fatigue, please do go to the nearest designated hospital, with a mask, to seek medical assistance. Report your health condition to International Office, Foshan University immediately. Avoid using public transports when going to hospital.
– Share your travel history within the previous 14 days and tell doctor whether you have contacted with confirmed cases. Follow medical instructions and complete epidemiology survey conducted by doctors.
