佛山疾控提醒：合理安排個人出行,，謹防旅途感染風(fēng)險

Notice: Arrange Your Trips Cautiously and Protect Yourself from Infection
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Nanjing on July 20, more than 100 cases have been reported in provinces including Liaoning, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Sichuan. According to the information released, some patients have been to tourist attractions and therefore caused related infection cases.
Those cases remind that we should be cautious about travelling, which could be risky. Hence, Foshan CDC gives the following notice:
1.Arrange your trips cautiously
Don’t go out unless it is necessary and don’t go to medium-or-high-risk areas or the cities with local cases. Pay attention to the notice of the epidemic risk adjustments and the lists of the cities with medium or high risks. Arrange your necessary trips cautiously.  
2.Take proper personal protection when traveling
Follow the epidemic prevention rules with your hands frequently washed and mask worn. Pay attention to the  cough etiquette. Have less and smaller gathering and dinning hygiene. Keep one-meter social distance and have good indoor ventilation and daily cleaning and sterilization.
3.Monitor your health conditions closely
During the trip and 14 days after the trip, pay attention to your health and avoid gathering.  You’re encouraged to take an NAT on arriving Foshan. Please go to the nearest fever clinics immediately with proper personal protection if you have symptoms such as fever, cough and loss of taste or smell and avoid taking public transportation. Please inform the doctor when and where you have been to and whom you have been with.
4.Report to your community in time
Please report to your community, workplace and hotels you are living in or have lived and cooperate with the health management measures if you have been to medium-or-high-risk areas or the cities with local cases in the past 14 days, take the same public transportation or have contacts with the confirmed cases.

佛山疾控提醒：

合理安排個人出行,，謹防旅途感染風(fēng)險

自7月20日南京本土新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生以來，累計報告感染者100多例,，波及遼寧,、廣東、江蘇,、安徽,、四川等省份,。根據(jù)有關(guān)發(fā)布信息，部分感染者曾有旅游景點,、景區(qū)活動史,，并引發(fā)了關(guān)聯(lián)病例。
以上事件提示,，旅途有風(fēng)險,，出行須謹慎。在此,，市疾控中心提醒廣大市民出行要注意以下事項：
1,、合理安排個人出行
非必要不外出，不前往中高風(fēng)險地區(qū)和出現(xiàn)本土病例的城市,，及時關(guān)注各地區(qū)的風(fēng)險提示,，掌握國內(nèi)中高風(fēng)險地區(qū)名單，謹慎,、合理安排個人行程。
2,、做好出行個人防護
自覺遵守《公民防疫基本行為準則》,，做到勤洗手、科學(xué)戴口罩,、注意咳嗽禮儀,、少聚集、文明用餐,、遵守“一米線”,、常通風(fēng)、做好清潔消毒,。
3,、加強個人健康監(jiān)測
旅途期間和旅途結(jié)束后14天內(nèi)，持續(xù)關(guān)注個人健康狀況,，避免參加聚集性活動,，提倡市民返回佛山后盡快進行一次新冠病毒核酸檢測。如有發(fā)熱,、咳嗽,、味覺或嗅覺喪失等不適癥狀立即前往就近發(fā)熱門診就診，就診時請盡量避免乘坐公共交通工具,，做好個人防護,，向接診醫(yī)生如實告知個人旅行史、活動史和接觸史,。
4,、主動報備個人情況
近14天曾到過中高風(fēng)險地區(qū)或發(fā)生本地疫情的城市,、與感染者同乘交通工具或活動軌跡有交集的人員須主動向所在居委（村）、工作單位,、所住酒店報備,，自覺配合落實健康管理措施。
