本報(bào)訊 (記者 徐天)今天上午,，清華大學(xué)2012年自主招生新政“新百年計(jì)劃”正式對(duì)外公布,，“自強(qiáng)”、“拔尖”、“領(lǐng)軍”三項(xiàng)計(jì)劃將招生環(huán)節(jié)與入校培養(yǎng),、就業(yè)引導(dǎo)相結(jié)合,。
清華大學(xué)招生辦公室主任于涵介紹,，2010年校方開(kāi)始實(shí)施自主選拔A,、B計(jì)劃，今年在此基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)試水,。
自強(qiáng)計(jì)劃是在去年B計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上推行,，但在招生范圍上存在差別。校方這次將選才范圍覆蓋了全國(guó)592個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)貧困縣,。于涵表示,，清華招生5年以來(lái)，這些貧困縣里有近80%的縣都沒(méi)有學(xué)生入學(xué),，今年校方將更關(guān)注這些貧困縣甚至鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的中學(xué),。
于涵表示，2014年起,，學(xué)科競(jìng)賽一等獎(jiǎng)的高中生的保送資格將大幅度減少,，因此拔尖計(jì)劃是對(duì)這類(lèi)學(xué)生選拔的探索。校方將在資格審核上下工夫,，將不同學(xué)生區(qū)分開(kāi)來(lái),。
于涵說(shuō)，由于此類(lèi)學(xué)生將由2名副高職稱(chēng)(含)以上相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜衣?lián)名推薦,，校方為保證真實(shí)性,，將對(duì)專(zhuān)家、考生的資格做出相關(guān)限定,，并簽訂承諾書(shū),，規(guī)定處罰措施。
領(lǐng)軍計(jì)劃則明確規(guī)定考生無(wú)需筆試,，這在清華大學(xué)自主招生歷史上屬首次,，由中學(xué)推薦后進(jìn)行面試選拔,。有相關(guān)資格的中學(xué)名單、推薦名額都由清華校方進(jìn)行審核,，大約在一周內(nèi)發(fā)布,。
這三類(lèi)計(jì)劃的入選學(xué)生將獲得30分至60分的降分錄取。近幾年校方在自主招生中降60分錄取的學(xué)生共計(jì)21名,，表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生比例高于正常錄取的學(xué)生，60分的門(mén)檻既體現(xiàn)校方對(duì)此類(lèi)學(xué)生的肯定,，也能保證入選學(xué)生順利完成入校后的學(xué)業(yè),。
據(jù)了解，“新百年計(jì)劃”是2012年清華自主招生的特殊部分,，與普通自主招生選拔和保送生考試不存在報(bào)名資格沖突,。
計(jì)劃采取中學(xué)推薦的方式報(bào)名，校方將根據(jù)各中學(xué)近年考入清華大學(xué)學(xué)生的在校綜合表現(xiàn)確定具有推薦資格的中學(xué)名單和推薦人數(shù),。
面試通過(guò)者高考享受降60分的優(yōu)惠,，此外，高考分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到校方在該省錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線(xiàn)之后,，可給予最多加30分選專(zhuān)業(yè)的優(yōu)惠,。入校后學(xué)生可以被優(yōu)先推薦參加學(xué)生骨干培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，赴海外知名大學(xué)交換學(xué)習(xí),。
