數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)院邀請吉林大學(xué)史少云教授作學(xué)術(shù)報告

       吉林大學(xué)史少云教授于4月17日下午14：00，通過騰訊會議129-336-612開展了題為“Applications of renormalization group method to some perturbed ordinary differential equations”的學(xué)術(shù)報告。夏永輝教授主持學(xué)術(shù)報告會，學(xué)院微分方程方向老師及研究生參會。整個學(xué)術(shù)報告精彩紛呈，理論與應(yīng)用相結(jié)合，引起了師生熱烈的反響。報告后，史少云教授針對研究生和年輕博士老師們提出的疑問，開展了專門的輔導(dǎo)，并確定了合作的研究內(nèi)容。

       報告簡介：The renormalization group (RG) method has been shown to be an effective approach for deriving reduced equations that govern the long time dynamics of the perturbation problems, and has been applied to a variety of problems traditionally analyzed using the method of multiple scales, boundary layer theory, the method of averaging, and others. In this talk, we first review the classical RG method in the singular perturbation problems and the related works. Then a new formulation of the renormalized procedure is presented. Finally, we show how the RG method be used to analysis the slow-fast systems. 

       史少云授簡介：史少云，1972年5月出生，甘肅武山人，理學(xué)博士，吉林大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。現(xiàn)任中國數(shù)學(xué)會奇異攝動專業(yè)委員會副主任、吉林省工業(yè)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會副理事長、《Communications in Mathematical Research》雜志執(zhí)行編委。主要從事微分方程的可積性和奇異攝動理論方面的研究，承擔了多項省部級以上科研項目。曾獲高等學(xué)校自然科學(xué)獎一等獎和吉林省科學(xué)技術(shù)進步獎一等獎，2007年入選教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃, 2015年被聘為吉林省長白山學(xué)者特聘教授，2016年負責的課程《常微分方程》入選國家級精品資源共享課。
